How the Process Works
We've designed a three step process to help organizations get the most out of unstructured data.
- Rework: In this step Idea Works works closely with the client to examine current textual information the client has and the best possible way to make use of it. We then duplicate and reformat clients data to ensure purity is kept throughout the entire process.
- Review: Next, the data is analyzed by Veyor to draw out the topics, themes and concepts the client is interested in. Additionally, our sentiment engine can detect any attitudes or feelings found in the text.
- Reveal: In the final step, we create reports that reveal useful and actionable insights into the data including the topics, themes, concepts and attitudes extracted in the Review stage.
After completing the final stage, we suggest repeating the process over time. Continuous monitoring of customer or employee feedback whether in the form of email, surveys, or even focus group transcripts can help your organization implement feedback loops for understanding the true voice of your customer or employees.
